Booking policies


 

Thank you for choosing me! Please review the following policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.


Booking & Payment: A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all sessions. The remaining balance is due anytime before the session begins on the scheduled date. Payment methods accepted: Zelle, Apple Pay, Venmo, Cashapp.


Rescheduling & Cancellations: Clients may reschedule once with at least 7 days’ notice at no extra charge. Rescheduling with less than 7 days' notice will require a new $50 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations or no-shows result in forfeiting the deposit. To rebook there is a $50 no show fee. IF photographer needs to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, deposit will transfer to new date.


Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time, as sessions start and end at the scheduled time. Your session starts at the agreed time, clock begins ticking then. If you are late, I cannot guarantee you will receive expected photo delivery amount.


Weather Policy (Outdoor Sessions): If weather conditions are unfavorable, we’ll work together to reschedule or choose an alternate location. Deposits will transfer to the new date.


Turnaround Time & Delivery: Edited images will be delivered within 3–4 weeks via [online gallery.] Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.


I DON'T SHOOT NEWBORNS: I do not offer newborn photography. I've given it a few tries and realized it's just not the right fit for me — and I believe you deserve a photographer who truly loves what they do! However, I do offer sessions for maternity, birthdays, milestones, and “half baked” shoots.
